Frequently Asked Questions

I am typically booked out 2-3 weeks in advance, if not more. Payment in full is required to hold your order date unless the total is over $200 - then a non-refundable deposit of 50% is due to book and the remaining balance due one week prior to your pick up date. Please note that I cannot begin working on your order unless payment in full has been received. Bookings are not confirmed until you receive an invoice via email. 

Pickup is located at my home address in Plano unless otherwise agreed upon when the order is booked. 

Payment for all orders under $200 is due at the time of booking to hold the date. Any order over $200 will have a non-refundable deposit of 50% due at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due one week prior to your pick up date. I will email an itemized invoice to you and I accept Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit cards via Square. 

My standard decorated sugar cookies include the following ingredients: Butter, sugar, eggs, all purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla extract, and almond flavoring. I do not use almond extract so those with nut allergies may still enjoy my cookies.

My macarons are made with almond flour which could cause allergic reactions for those who are allergic to almonds. 

I can accommodate gluten free requests for decorated sugar cookies for DIETARY purposes only. I cannot help that there could be cross contamination in my home kitchen and I do not want to take any chances. Most macarons are also naturally gluten free, but some fillings/flavorings include gluten so please be specific if you need gluten free macarons and I will let you know what flavor options can be offered. 

If enough time is provided, I can offer plant based, dye free sprinkles and colors for icing. However we may be limited to a much smaller color palette due to the limited options for these colors. **Please note that this does not apply to presale/holiday items**
